  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Title: Plastics Process Engineer

Primary Responsibilities
  • Evaluate injection molding process and tooling for improvement of quality and efficiency.
  • Participate in new tool design reviews and recommend improvements to optimize molding, setup, and overall manufacturing.
  • Develop and document injection molding process parameters for new and existing thermoset and thermoplastic molds.
  • Troubleshoot molding processes and material issues.
  • Collect and analyze data for process improvements

Minimum Requirements
  • College degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in Plastics / Plastics Technology.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with plastic mold tooling.
  • Broad range of plastic materials

Skills:

  • Working knowledge of a wide range of thermoplastic and thermoset materials and their properties.
  • Familiarity with injection molding processing.
  • Technical knowledge of injection molding machines and related equipment.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
