Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales background and experience in uniforms, linens and textile rentals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and account retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries, including hospitality, healthcare, and food service.
  • Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and networking events.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development in CRM systems.
  • Travel as needed within the assigned territory to meet clients and prospects.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in the uniform, linens and textile rental services.
  • Strong account management skills with a focus on customer retention and relationship-building.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the Northeast region.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
