The Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on, customer-obsessed Growth Product Manager to join our team and drive the early growth of our new application. This person will be pivotal in helping us identify and engage potential customers, gather insights, and fine-tune the product to ensure a successful launch. What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Discovery: Identify and engage potential design customers through creative and data-driven outreach strategies.
  • User Research: Conduct in-depth interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather feedback and insights.
  • Product Refinement: Work closely with the product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze competitor products and market trends to ensure we are meeting the unique needs of our target audience.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Help shape the pre-launch strategy, including beta testing, customer acquisition, and early user growth.
  • Metrics and Insights: Define and track KPIs to measure product performance and customer engagement, using insights to guide decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, marketing, and engineering teams to align on vision and execution.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in product management or growth roles, ideally with early-stage startups or marketplace platforms like Instawork, Thumbtack, or similar.
  • Customer Obsessed: You thrive on talking to customers, understanding their pain points, and solving their problems with elegant solutions.
  • Strategic Thinker: You have a proven track record of identifying market opportunities and refining products to achieve product-market fit.
  • Data-Driven: You leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and measure success.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You’re scrappy, resourceful, and excited to tackle the ambiguity of building something new.
  • Excellent Communicator: You’re able to synthesize complex feedback into actionable insights and communicate effectively across teams.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the design/creative tools space or related industries.
  • Knowledge of user research methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with growth hacking strategies and tools to drive early adoption.
