PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our international manufacturing client to source and hire a Director of Talent Attraction and Programs to join their growing team in the Chicagoland Area. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Review and deploy top-tier tools and frameworks to support HR talent attraction strategies. Understand global needs as we expand visibility for job opportunities. Lead their U.S. internship program to build a pipeline of top early-career talent for future leadership roles.
  • Process & Tech Optimization: Partner with HRIS to leverage cutting-edge applicant tracking systems and CRM tools. Optimize talent acquisition processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience, driving tech adoption across teams.
  • Employer Branding: Team up with Talent Communications to elevate their global employer brand, ensuring we stand out as an employer of choice. Boost their social media presence and recruitment events to attract the best talent.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Define and track key recruitment metrics, providing actionable insights to HR and leadership teams. Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Internship Program Management: Enhance program resources, analyze feedback, and provide insights for improvement. Stay updated on generational trends to ensure their internship program attracts the best and brightest.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent HR experience.
  • 9+ years of HR leadership experience with a focus on talent acquisition.
  • Strong background in talent planning, selection processes, and technology.
  • Cross-cultural experience and the ability to influence across regions.
  • Expertise in recruitment technology and diversity practices.
