Job Summary

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction, driving revenue growth, and leading the operational execution of Satia. This equity-based leadership role is ideal for a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader with experience in scaling eCommerce, CPG (consumer packaged goods), or wellness brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute a long-term vision, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.

• Operations & Supply Chain – Oversee product development, sourcing, fulfillment, and logistics to ensure efficiency.

• Market Expansion – Grow direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales, retail partnerships, and international distribution.

• Fundraising & Investor Relations – Secure capital and cultivate relationships with potential investors.

• Brand & Community Building – Strengthen Satia’s brand presence through impactful marketing, influencer collaborations, and customer engagement.

• Financial Oversight – Develop and manage budgets, P&L statements, and financial projections.

• Team Leadership & Culture – Build and lead a high-performing team aligned with Satia’s mission and values.

Compensation & Benefits
