We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant with Venture Capital experience to support our operations. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative tasks while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Position Overview:

The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for general operations support, including expense reporting, travel booking, contact management, and assembling a bi-monthly newsletter. The role may require occasional on-call availability for urgent tasks. This is a part-time position, approximately 40-50 hours per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and streamline general operations tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Handle expense reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itinerary management.
  • Maintain and update contact management systems.
  • Assemble and distribute a bi-monthly newsletter.
  • Assist with sending out holiday cards and other company-wide communications.
  • Update and manage website content as needed.
  • Support the onboarding process for new companies joining our network.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Mandatory Experience: Previous experience working with a Venture Capital company is a mandate.
  • Location: Must be based in the United States, preferably in the Pacific Time Zone for time zone compatibility.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and other relevant administrative software.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Discretion & Confidentiality: Strong professionalism in handling sensitive business information.
  • Flexibility: Availability for occasional on-call tasks and adaptability to changing priorities.
