Must haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field with 9 years prior experience in Program Management or equivalent.
  • Experience with overseeing program budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately and managed efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Microsoft Project
  • DOORS experience for requirements
  • Strong customer experience

Day to Day:

The Lead Program Manager will oversee, and coordinate development and commissioning of gearbox test stands programs within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of managing complex programs. The Lead Program Manager will work closely with the customer, partner business units, and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

  • Monitor programs progress and report on status, risks, and issues.
  • Engage with customer to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Lead program meetings
  • Track program milestones and deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to best practices.
  • Oversee program budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately and managed efficiently
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Maintain cost books and program EACs.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
