Key Responsibilities: As a Network Analyst at Kingston Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our network infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting FortiGate firewalls to ensure network security and optimal traffic flow.
  • Managing Meraki wireless solutions to provide reliable and high-performance wireless connectivity across the organization.
  • Administering Dell SAN and server technology to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and system performance.
  • Collaborating with the IT team to plan and implement IP network strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Overseeing Office 365 administration tasks, including user management, email configurations, and collaboration tools.
  • Maintaining internal and external DNS configurations to ensure accurate and efficient name resolution.
  • Monitoring network performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing necessary optimizations.
  • Participating in incident response and troubleshooting to resolve network-related issues promptly.
  • Documenting network configurations, changes, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or 4+ years in a similar role to this one. Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting FortiGate firewall systems.
  • Strong expertise in deploying and maintaining Meraki wireless solutions for seamless connectivity.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dell SAN and server technology administration for efficient data management.
  • Proficiency in IP network planning, subnetting, and routing protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration and collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with DNS configuration, both internal and external, to ensure reliable name resolution.
  • Knowledge of SCCM, SSL Cert maintenance, Intune is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address network-related issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
