- Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting FortiGate firewalls to ensure network security and optimal traffic flow.
- Managing Meraki wireless solutions to provide reliable and high-performance wireless connectivity across the organization.
- Administering Dell SAN and server technology to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and system performance.
- Collaborating with the IT team to plan and implement IP network strategies that align with business objectives.
- Overseeing Office 365 administration tasks, including user management, email configurations, and collaboration tools.
- Maintaining internal and external DNS configurations to ensure accurate and efficient name resolution.
- Monitoring network performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing necessary optimizations.
- Participating in incident response and troubleshooting to resolve network-related issues promptly.
- Documenting network configurations, changes, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or 4+ years in a similar role to this one. Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.) are a plus.
- Proven experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting FortiGate firewall systems.
- Strong expertise in deploying and maintaining Meraki wireless solutions for seamless connectivity.
- In-depth knowledge of Dell SAN and server technology administration for efficient data management.
- Proficiency in IP network planning, subnetting, and routing protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with DNS configuration, both internal and external, to ensure reliable name resolution.
- Knowledge of SCCM, SSL Cert maintenance, Intune is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address network-related issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly.
