LHH is supporting a global financial services firm, specializing in the management of a diverse range of investment products and funds, in their search for a Business Development Associate to join their Investor Relations Team. This professional will play a crucial role in marketing the firm's products and funds to registered investment advisors, wealth managers, family offices, endowments, pension funds, and other potential investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote firm investment products and funds.
- Support business development professionals in identifying and targeting potential investors.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports for client meetings and events.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and interactions.
- Assist in organizing and attending industry conferences, webinars, and other networking events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4+ years of experience in fund marketing, wholesaling, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of financial products and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working with registered investment advisors, wealth managers, family offices, endowments, and pension funds.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
