  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Windows 11 Upgrade Deployment:

  • Develop and execute Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration strategies across enterprise environments.
  • Utilize Microsoft Intune for remote provisioning, application deployment, and policy enforcement.
  • Test and validate upgrade readiness using Windows Update for Business (WUfB) and Windows Autopatch.

Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management:

  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune policies, device compliance, and security baselines.
  • Automate deployments using Windows Autopilot and create zero-touch provisioning workflows.
  • Ensure integration with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) for centralized device management.
  • Microsoft Copilot Integration:
  • Enable and configure Microsoft Copilot AI features for enhanced productivity and automation.
  • Provide training and support for users to leverage Copilot for workflows, security insights, and automation.
  • Monitor and optimize AI-driven productivity tools to improve end-user experience.

Security & Compliance:

  • Implement security policies using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and BitLocker encryption.
  • Enforce compliance with Conditional Access policies, Microsoft 365 security settings, and device health monitoring.
  • Ensure adherence to Zero Trust security principles during the upgrade process.

Troubleshooting & Support:

  • Diagnose and resolve Windows upgrade failures, driver compatibility issues, and application compatibility concerns.
  • Utilize log analysis, PowerShell scripting, and remote management tools to resolve upgrade-related issues.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation on new Windows 11 features and AI capabilities.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Monitor upgrade progress, device compliance, and performance using Microsoft Endpoint Analytics.

  • Optimize system performance using Windows Performance Analyzer (WPA) and diagnostic tools.
