As a Medical Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering DEO’s proprietary, tech-enabled process improvement services. By leveraging our AI-powered insights platform, you’ll help hospital teams optimize OR operations and workflows.
Responsibilities Include
- Capturing and analyzing process data from ORs using DEO-developed technology.
- Translating data-driven insights into tailored process improvement strategies.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, helping clients implement process improvements.
- Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Contributing to DEO.care’s growth and business development in North America.

What You Bring

- Tech-Savvy Approach: Ability to learn and apply DEO’s innovative platform to drive actionable insights and measurable improvements.
- Work Environment: Comfortable traveling 25–50% and spending up to 8 hours in the OR as needed.
- Eligibility: Must have unrestricted right to work in the USA.
