Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand B2B sales channels in the local market.
- Identify and evaluate potential local partners for collaboration and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the brand.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress towards goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the residential and C&I solar industry (PV panels, inverters, batteries) in North America.
- B2B sales experience.
- Established distributor and installer networks in California.
- Knowledge of the solar industry in California.
- Experience in sales and marketing, especially B2B and B2C service.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
- Proven channel management and trade marketing experience.
