Job Title: Channel Business Development Manager (Home Energy Solutions)

Pay Range: $70,000-110,000

Location: Remote in California, USA

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand B2B sales channels in the local market.
  • Identify and evaluate potential local partners for collaboration and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the brand.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress towards goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the residential and C&I solar industry (PV panels, inverters, batteries) in North America.
  • B2B sales experience.
  • Established distributor and installer networks in California.
  • Knowledge of the solar industry in California.
  • Experience in sales and marketing, especially B2B and B2C service.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Proven channel management and trade marketing experience.
