Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Proactively manage billing, accounts receivables, and cash applications to achieve working capital, DSO, and financial metric targets.
  • Support the Director of Operations and Operations Managers with monthly revenue, invoicing, and cash collection forecasting.

Project Management & Execution:

  • Manage and lead internal and external teams to ensure on-time and on-budget project completion.
  • Develop and implement processes and teams to meet all project requirements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, overall project activity, and project/crew productivity.
  • Coordinate with Operations Managers and Project Coordinators for project timing, execution, and closeout.

Analysis & Improvement:

  • Analyze data and generate insights to optimize team performance and identify areas for improvement in the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement recommendations for process changes.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Report and communicate daily with external customers and internal management.
  • Maintain current knowledge of customers and their systems.
  • Coach and lead others to foster positive working relationships with internal customers, teammates, and vendors.
  • Lead weekly meetings with clients and project teams.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Track and provide supporting information to operations.
  • Respond to inquiries from operations and finance, including those involving sensitive or confidential information.

Other Duties:

  • Participate in special projects and provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience:

  • Mid-level position requiring two to five years of experience.
  • High School Diploma or Associate Degree (or equivalent work experience) in Business, Accounting, or a related field. A Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Business, Finance, or Project Management is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence software (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
  • Intermediate experience in schedule management.
  • Experience with Viewpoint Vista and/or Qlik Analytics software is helpful but not required.
