Job Title: IT Support Specialist (Onsite)

Summary:

This fully onsite role involves configuring, maintaining, and deploying firm computers, as well as troubleshooting and repairing printers, scanners, and peripherals. The IT Support Specialist provides onsite, phone, and remote support to employees, manages technology inventory, and assists with network administration as directed by the CIO. Physical requirements include bending, stooping, crawling, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Reports To: Training and Helpdesk Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite and remote helpdesk support.
  • Troubleshoot Citrix, email, OS, and software issues.
  • Maintain and deploy computers, peripherals, and dictation equipment.
  • Manage technology inventory and coordinate repairs.
  • Support mobile devices and track IT support activity.
  • Assist with conference room and seminar AV setup.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours support.
  • Travel to other offices as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in a technology-related field.
  • 2+ years of IT support experience in a law or professional services firm.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with document management systems and networking concepts.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent bending, stooping, and crawling for installations and repairs.
  • Lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.
  • Standing and walking to provide user support.
