Job Summary:
In this role, you will coordinate, organize and supervise production process methods and engineering activities that enable production. This includes sustaining engineering, new product launch processes and continuous improvement activities. The position is responsible for implementing and maintaining production processes to drive quality and efficiency and to develop and support manufacturing plans which improve operations competitiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting and overseeing the installation, commissioning and validation of new PCBA manufacturing equipment
- Supporting sustaining manufacturing operations through equipment and product troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- BS Engineering or Engineering Technologies degree or 5+ years experience required. Experience with PCBA manufacturing or PCBA troubleshooting required.
- Ability to quickly assess manufacturing issues related to design and tolerancing.
