We have successfully delivered recreation centers, pedestrian connections, large-scale community parks, and beautiful hardscapes and landscapes.

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects, collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with sales and project management teams to develop bid proposals and strategies.
  • Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations to ensure accurate pricing.
  • Maintain and update a database of unit costs and pricing information.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise during the bidding process.
  • Assist in developing and refining estimating processes and tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in the commercial construction industry.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with commercial construction products and industry standards.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
