Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development, Sales & Client Relations Associate to collaborate closely with our founders in driving strategic growth and ensuring operational excellence. This multifaceted role encompasses administrative support, client relationship management, and strategic engagement with Outfront Solutions' partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and possesses exceptional interpersonal and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Track marketing qualified leads, sales qualified leads, sales data, client interactions, and other relevant KPIs to inform strategic decisions, including CRM management (Copper).
  • Compile, maintain, and analyze business development reports and performance metrics.
  • Ensure seamless execution of all related account management functions.
  • Prepare weekly reports to keep the Outfront team and clients updated on progress.
  • Update and maintain the client database with accurate and timely information.
  • Manage business development and sales projects from initiation through to new client onboarding.
  • Support account management for both new and existing clients.

Business Development:

  • Research and identify prospective clients and partners to expand Outfront Solutions' pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to inform specific proposals.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, emphasizing mutual growth and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, client relations, or related roles; marketing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and Word) and Google Docs.
  • Experience with Copper, Canva, Qwilr, and Beehiiv is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to exceed expectations.
