About the Role: We seek a Construction Project Manager (Owner’s Representative) to oversee end-to-end (E2E) pre-construction and execution phases for EV charging infrastructure projects. This role requires expertise in design review, permitting, utility approvals, and general contracting. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Oversee E2E pre-construction, including design review, permitting, and utility approvals.
- Manage contract buyouts, estimating, scheduling, and feasibility studies.
- Lead and oversee 8-12 projects at a time, with an estimated value of $1.5M–$2M per project.
- Ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Work closely with utility providers and permitting authorities in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New England.
- Utilize project management systems such as Smartsheets, Procore, BIM, and Microsoft Projects.
- Collaborate with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong background in General Contracting (GC) and Owner's Representation.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects at once.
- Expertise in utility and permitting processes in PA, OH, or New England.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheets, Procore, BIM, and Microsoft Projects (a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Location: Physical Location of the candidate needs to be in Ohio, or Pennsylvania OR New England Area ( which consists of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont) + 50% travel.
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90K/year and $110K/Year. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
