The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing the product sample device inventory for the mobile experience marketing team’s large-scale, multifaceted activations, programs, and events. This is a fast-paced environment with a great mix of strategic planning, rapid execution, and a bit of hustle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with internal and external teams to provide support, including product sourcing, device setup, shipping, inventory tracking and reconciliation, device audits, and general logistics, including scheduling domestic and international shipments.
  • Potential to provide event onsite support.
  • Manage device inventory.
  • Liaise with headquarters to coordinate device launches and events.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree & directly related experience in booth design, hospitality expertise preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience
  • Ability to work independently with little or no direction; creative thinking and solution-minded
  • Extremely organized with the ability to manage complex logistics
  • Excellent time management and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel required
  • Consummate collaborator committed to communication excellence
  • Ability to think quickly and make decisions, sometimes without all the necessary information
