  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

With a strong reputation as a trusted advisor to community banks, they manage over $20BB in bond portfolios and, in 2019, launched a tax equity investment arm enabling first-time investors to confidently enter the renewables space via a full-service, turnkey model. The fund has grown rapidly, surpassing $500MM in investments and doubling annually, with $1BB on the near horizon.

Now, with a dedicated business development team driving expansion into a largely untapped $50BB market, they seek to scale operations, refine processes, and lead deal-making teams for maximum impact.

In this role, you will lead deal teams, driving tax equity project finance transactions—including structuring, modeling, underwriting, negotiating, and closing deals—while supporting the MD in optimizing processes for efficiency and impact.
