  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Conduct thorough residential home inspections, evaluating structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and other systems.

-Use industry-standard tools and software to document findings and create detailed inspection reports.

-Clearly explain findings to clients in a professional and easy-to-understand manner.

-Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel informed and confident.

-Adhere to all local and national home inspection regulations and industry standards.

-Maintain and care for inspection tools and equipment.

-Stay updated on industry changes, best practices, and continuing education.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Licensing & Certification:

-Licensed home inspector (if required in your state).

-Certifications from InterNACHI.

Experience:

-Prior experience in home inspections, construction, or a related field is highly desirable.

-Strong knowledge of residential building systems.

Skills & Attributes:

-Excellent verbal and written communication.

-Ability to explain technical findings to clients in an approachable way.

-Strong attention to detail and work ethic.

-Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.

Physical & Equipment Requirements:

-Ability to climb ladders, navigate attics and crawlspaces, and work in different weather conditions.

-Must have or be willing to obtain necessary inspection tools (moisture meter, thermal camera, etc.).

-Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
