What You’ll Be Doing
- Equipment Design & Development – Design and refine HVAC, automation, and industrial equipment to improve processes and efficiency.
- Project Leadership – Oversee projects from concept through installation, working with third-party vendors and managing scope, timeline, and budget.
- Process Automation – Identify manual processes that can be automated, implementing machinery and control systems for increased efficiency.
- Field Work & Documentation – Take precise field measurements, oversee installations, and ensure environmental compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with automation, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless project integration.
What You Bring to the Table
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 3-5 years in mechanical design, project management, and equipment installation.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and understanding of motors, HVAC, and industrial automation.Hands-On
