Customer Service Representative
TTEC is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work remotely from New York. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about helping others, providing peace of mind, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist customers by answering their queries through various channels (calls, emails, chat).
- Conduct research to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Provide detailed explanations of products or services to customers.
What You Bring to the Role:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Computer experience and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- High-speed internet connection (>25mbps).
