Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Wireless Lease Acquisition Specialist at Crosswater Group. The Specialist will be responsible for managing wireless lease acquisitions, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Daily tasks include coordinating with property owners, understanding wireless technologies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Wireless Networking and Wireless Technologies knowledge
  • Experience in Cellular and Mobile Communications
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in real estate or telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
