InterDent Service Corporation provides comprehensive dental support and administrative services to over 165 dental practices, employing more than 400 dentists across eight states. These practices, including the Gentle Dental and Blue Oak Dental brands, offer high-quality, patient-centered dental care. Additionally, InterDent operates Capitol Dental Care (CDC), a capitated, value-based care program in Oregon. CDC partners with coordinated care organizations to deliver dental services under the Oregon Health Plan, focusing on preventive care and improving both oral and systemic health for children and low-income patients since 1994.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Interdent is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive patient acquisition, retention, and brand awareness across our portfolio of dental practices. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, patient engagement strategies, and cross-functional collaboration with operations teams and external agenices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to increase new patient acquisition and enhance brand awareness.
- Plan and implement regional and local marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies for optimal results.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence:
- Manage email marketing campaigns, social media, and direct marketing campaigns to drive online visibility and develop patient leads.
- Oversee the company’s website, ensuring content is optimized for search engines and user experience.
- Implement and manage online reputation strategies, including patient reviews and engagement.
- Maintain and optimize online business listings (Google Business Profile, Yelp, and other directories) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visibility.
Brand & Communication Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, advertising, and patient communications.
- Develop content for blogs, newsletters, and social media to engage and educate patients.
- Work with operations teams to develop patient communications and design effective marketing collateral and promotional materials for field teams.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with field operations teams to support practice growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, call center and finance to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Provide marketing training and support to local practice teams as needed.
- Leverage strong project management skills to communicate project status, updates and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management, internal team members and external partners.
- Thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces multi-tasking in order to drive results.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of marketing initiatives and business objectives.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years in marketing experience with a preference for experience in multi-unit retail and/or healthcare experience
- BS/BA degree in marketing, or a related field
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools: CRM/email automation, web content management systems, (preferably Hubspot) reputation management and social media tools
- Proficiency in MS Excel is a must
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, project management, and analytical skills
