Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of a global e-commerce and technology enterprise seeking a highly skilled Web Content Manager to oversee the development, organization, and optimization of its internal knowledge management platforms. This role will be responsible for structuring and maintaining enterprise wikis and Confluence platforms to enhance knowledge sharing and improve user experience across the organization.

Duration: 6-month contract

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in content management systems (CMS), information architecture, and front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of UX/UI best practices, content strategy, and enterprise-level documentation to ensure information is easily accessible, intuitive, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Organization: Design and implement the structure, taxonomy, and navigation of internal knowledge platforms to optimize information accessibility and usability.
- Implementation & Maintenance: Develop and manage templates, permissions, and integrations within Confluence and other CMS tools, ensuring content remains up to date and aligned with organizational goals.
- User Experience & Interface Design: Enhance the UI architecture and interaction flow of the wiki and knowledge management systems to create an intuitive and seamless experience for internal users.
- Content Optimization & Governance: Train and onboard content contributors, enforce content governance policies, and drive continuous improvements in knowledge-sharing workflows.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor content engagement, analyze usage trends, and implement enhancements based on data-driven insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and operations, to align content management efforts with broader business objectives.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all content meets branding guidelines, accessibility requirements, and industry best practices for enterprise knowledge platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in content management, information architecture, and enterprise knowledge platforms, preferably with Confluence.
- Strong proficiency in CMS design and front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience managing and optimizing enterprise-level documentation and knowledge-sharing systems.
- Expertise in UX/UI principles, ensuring web interfaces are user-friendly and accessible.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content administration and development.
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to track and optimize content performance.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio, Dreamweaver, and other design tools.
- Experience working with web accessibility guidelines and compliance standards.
- Previous experience managing content in a fast-paced, enterprise-level organization.
