Paralegal Position

Job Summary

Established general law law practice in Cartersville, GA has an immediate opening for an experienced paralegal. This position is in person. This position offers some flexibility with the option of working 28 - 40 hours per week. All work hours must be completed in person.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional client service skills, outstanding organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize numerous tasks.

Responsibilities

Job tasks will include the following: draft pleadings and file electronically, prepare and respond to discovery requests, communication with clients, maintain calendar and billing items for partners and assist with other tasks as needed.

Required Experience

Must be detail-oriented, friendly, and able to prioritize.

At least TWO (2) years combined experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Paralegal Certificate

Office Management Responsibilities: Communicates with clients, manages scheduling, assembles and coordinates closing packages, and maintains firm files.

Salary: Hourly position. $25-$28 per hour.

Only qualified candidates with AT LEAST 2 years experience will be considered.
