Spring 2025 Internship
Is your bookmarks folder essentially a digital version of MoMa? Does the sight of poor kerning or a cliché font render you incapable of reading the English language? Do you watch ads and think, “I could have come up with a better idea than that.”
If you answered yes to all of the above, you have found your people.
Hi, we’re Iris, and we’re looking for a Junior Art Director Intern for our Spring 2025 Internship Program. But not just any thinker. You’ll be working alongside our team of creatives to crack tough briefs with sharp visuals. You will get to experience the day-to-day of agency life, helping to come up with a big campaign for ultra-luxury cars one minute and travel brands the next. You bring your weirdest thinking cap, a strong design point-of-view and inspiration across all creative disciplines. We’ll bring opportunities for you to collaborate with our team to produce work for some world-class clients across multimedia campaigns.
Skills And Experience
About Our Internship Program
Iris is The Participation Agency. With over 1000 people in 14 offices worldwide, our global creative network uses the power of Participation to help brands grow further, faster. The way ideas travel has changed, and it is harder than ever to create impact using paid media alone. We combine creativity, data-driven insights and the power of people to help brands, such as adidas, Bentley, Wellstar, Samsonite, and IHG explode into cultural moments and embed themselves in people’s lives.
We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer and recruit on talent alone, regardless of age, ethnicity, religion, education, class, sexual orientation or disability. We champion diversity and believe it not only benefits but enhances our creativity, our company and the wider society at large.
