Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Winning Team! at CR Equity Partners Investment Group, Inc. The position is located in St. Petersburg, FL, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Winning Team! member will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with supporting the company's multifamily, commercial, and portfolio asset management initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Multifamily Asset Management and Syndication
  • Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Portfolio Management
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and valuation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with Opportunity Zone Assets is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field
