You Are:
We are looking for a high-integrity, high-volume Executive Assistant to become an indispensable partner to our SVP of Product Management. This is not your typical administrative role—it’s a position of trust, influence, and strategic impact. You will be a key member of the SVP’s inner circle, managing a demanding schedule, coordinating high-stakes customer meetings, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion. Your exceptional business acumen, communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success. You are someone who can be relied upon to handle sensitive information and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations. You possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with executives, customers, and team members. You have a strong understanding of business operations and can quickly grasp the nuances of the product management function. You anticipate needs before they arise and take initiative to address them. You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and other productivity tools. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Proactively manage a complex and high-volume calendar, prioritizing the SVP’s time to align with strategic goals.

Coordinate and schedule customer meetings, internal reviews, and cross-functional collaborations with precision and efficiency.

Serve as a trusted confidant, handling sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
•
Act as a liaison between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
•
Draft and edit emails, presentations, and reports on behalf of the SVP.
•
Anticipate the SVP’s needs and provide proactive support to ensure seamless execution of priorities.
•
Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up actions for meetings.
•
Manage a high volume of customer interactions, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
•
Coordinate logistics for customer meetings, including travel, accommodations, and materials.
•
Assist in the planning and execution of key initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are aligned.
•
Navigate complex challenges with creativity and resourcefulness, always maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset.
•
Work closely with other executive assistants and team members to foster a culture of collaboration and efficiency.

What You’ll Need:
•
8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level or senior executives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
•
Proven track record of managing complex calendars, customer meetings, and confidential information.
•
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and contribute to strategic discussions.
•
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
