  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The IT Delivery Manager will oversee the successful execution of IT projects, ensuring that technology solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business requirements. Serving as a critical link between the IT team and business stakeholders, this role facilitates smooth operations and ensures alignment with organizational objectives. The IT Delivery Manager will manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, encompassing planning, deployment, and ongoing support.

This person will oversee QA and Release staff. Quality Assurance (QA):

• Lead testing efforts for infrastructure components, including Windows servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and network equipment.

• Define and implement testing protocols for system upgrades, patch management, hardware replacements, and disaster recovery processes. Release Management:

• Collaborate with project participants, application owners, systems analysts, developers, testers, and support teams to ensure timely and successful deployments.

• Manage external companies (vendors) releases, bugfixes, patches or enhancements.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Proven track record of building out entire QA and Release processes in previous role(s).

- Will build out end to end QA and release processed

- Working knowledge of Selenium, Java, Azure DevOps, Agile and Scrum methodologies]

- Must have health plan experience specifically in managed care, provider setting

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

+ Experience with QTEST (QA tool)

+ Previous experience working at a health plan in a managed care setting
