Job Role: Sanctions Operations QA Specialist

Location: Lake Mary, FL

Permanent Fulltime

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct QA reviews of L1 and L2 alert dispositions for static and transactional sanctions hits.
  • Document and report defects or issues discovered during the review process, providing clear descriptions and relevant details.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of financial crime-related alert review experience, preferably with sanctions alerts, or testing/QA experience.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of fundamental test/QA processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to self-manage workload and goals independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
