What You'll Do
- Detect and prevent insurance fraud using early fraud detection reports.
- Manage loan collateral by ensuring proper notices and funding information are up-to-date.
- Perform funding and insured verification calls to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Support customers with excellent service and collaborate with agents, insurers, and internal teams.
Key Details:
- Salary: $20-$22/hour
- Schedule: 8:30AM-5PM PST (Pacific Time)
- Location: Fully remote (must have a Windows 11 computer; Macs are not compatible).
- Experience: 0-1 years (perfect for fresh graduates or those new to the industry).

Job Qualifications:
Education:
- 2-year college degree preferred (not required).
Experience:
- 0-1 years of experience (entry-level).
- Prior experience in the premium finance or insurance industry is a plus but not mandatory.

- Strong analytical skills, especially for identifying fraud warning signs and managing databases.
