What You'll Do

  • Detect and prevent insurance fraud using early fraud detection reports.
  • Manage loan collateral by ensuring proper notices and funding information are up-to-date.
  • Perform funding and insured verification calls to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Support customers with excellent service and collaborate with agents, insurers, and internal teams.

Key Details:

  • Salary: $20-$22/hour
  • Schedule: 8:30AM-5PM PST (Pacific Time)
  • Location: Fully remote (must have a Windows 11 computer; Macs are not compatible).
  • Experience: 0-1 years (perfect for fresh graduates or those new to the industry).

Job Qualifications:

Education:

  • 2-year college degree preferred (not required).

Experience:

  • 0-1 years of experience (entry-level).
  • Prior experience in the premium finance or insurance industry is a plus but not mandatory.
