  • Experiencing leading and managing 4+ direct reports
  • Experience with Division of the State Architect “DSA” construction and design processes
  • Experience as a Project Manager, managing projects valued at $40M within education K-14
  • Experience managing projects within Education K-14
  • Ground-up project experience through all phases
  • Proficient in construction estimating, cost, project controls, scheduling, documentation, and engineering construction principles
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, and Word.

Job Description:

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager who is responsible for coordinating the procurement, design, permitting, and ground-up construction for a community college in the Los Angels area. Anticipated total construction cost is $27M - $80M.

Compensation:

$160/YR to $170/YR.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
