As a Product Manager at Equifax, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and beyond. Your primary focus will be on understanding market trends, consumer needs, and regulatory requirements to define and execute a product strategy that drives growth and profitability. This role is the Product Manager for the consumer paid product portfolio (myEquifax) with a focus on our Lead Generation marketplaces. It includes, monitoring and maintaining current products/features, in addition to new product introductions; providing portfolio and product analysis, including digital and lead generation products.

What You’ll Do

  • Product Strategy: Collaborate with key stakeholders - Marketing, Technology, software engineers to define and execute the product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Consumer Focus: Use research and customer support teams to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and address user issues.
  • Project Management: Oversee the product development process, set priorities, and manage resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Product Development: Translate product concepts into clear requirements for Technical Product Management and Development teams.
  • Product Launch: Work with Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, launch plans.
  • Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze product performance to drive continuous improvement and iterate on product features.
  • Be an active member of a highly collaborative team that is dedicated to making a positive impact with our consumers

What Experience You Need

  • 5+ years of product management or technical product management experience.
  • Proficiency in performing customer discovery, including customer interviews, analyzing customer data and identifying patterns or trends to inform migration plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with engineering teams to implement solutions and address technical challenges.
  • Experience with simplifying complex user journeys into delightful user experiences in a D2C environment
