As a Product Manager at Equifax, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and beyond. Your primary focus will be on understanding market trends, consumer needs, and regulatory requirements to define and execute a product strategy that drives growth and profitability. This role is the Product Manager for the consumer paid product portfolio (myEquifax) with a focus on our Lead Generation marketplaces. It includes, monitoring and maintaining current products/features, in addition to new product introductions; providing portfolio and product analysis, including digital and lead generation products.

- Product Strategy: Collaborate with key stakeholders - Marketing, Technology, software engineers to define and execute the product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives.
- Consumer Focus: Use research and customer support teams to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and address user issues.
- Project Management: Oversee the product development process, set priorities, and manage resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Product Development: Translate product concepts into clear requirements for Technical Product Management and Development teams.
- Product Launch: Work with Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, launch plans.
- Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze product performance to drive continuous improvement and iterate on product features.
- Be an active member of a highly collaborative team that is dedicated to making a positive impact with our consumers
- 5+ years of product management or technical product management experience.
- Proficiency in performing customer discovery, including customer interviews, analyzing customer data and identifying patterns or trends to inform migration plans.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working with engineering teams to implement solutions and address technical challenges.
- Experience with simplifying complex user journeys into delightful user experiences in a D2C environment
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and change in a collaborative and agile environment
- Excellent relationship and influence management skills and can communicate with product, marketing and technology partners effectively (written and verbal)
- Ability to advocate effectively for stakeholder interests and to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent judgment, critical thinking and decision-making capabilities
