Head of Marketing (remote – United States)
Position overview
SETWorks is seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Marketing to drive our marketing
strategies and support our ambitious growth goals. This fully remote role is critical in building
brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and positioning SETWorks as the trusted
technology partner for disability service agencies and human services providers across the
United States.
The ideal candidate has led marketing through multiple stages of growth in a B2B SaaS
business, from earlier stages to scaling and expansion. They bring deep expertise in digital
marketing, demand generation, and team leadership, with a proven ability to align marketing
strategies with business objectives. This leader thrives in fast-moving environments, knows how
to build and execute marketing programs that drive measurable revenue impact, and is
passionate about making a meaningful difference in the disability services technology space.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the candidate will be instrumental in scaling our marketing efforts,
optimizing our go-to-market strategy, and driving our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy for both new customer
acquisition and expansion, including:
Scalable inbound and outbound lead gen and nurturing
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for high-value accounts
Optimization of marketing channels and lead attribution
Manage and optimize our martech stack (Hubspot), introducing workflow automation and
robust reporting
Consistently leverage data-driven insights to evaluate and continuously optimize
marketing performance
Produce authoritative content that establishes our domain expertise and resonates with
customers and prospects
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to
develop integrated go-to-market strategies
Lead and mentor a small, high-performing marketing team, thoughtfully engaging
contractors and external resources when needed
Own and evolve our brand strategy, including voice, storytelling, and brand identity
Support the integration of new companies associated with M&A activity, ensuring a
holistic brand narrative
Qualifications
5+ years in marketing leadership roles at early-stage B2B SaaS companies, having led
marketing through multiple stages of growth
Healthcare or human services technology experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of mentoring and developing marketing talent
Entrepreneurial mindset with equal enthusiasm for marketing strategy and execution
Comprehensive digital marketing expertise, including:
Full-stack lead generation
Lifecycle marketing
Sales enablement
Product marketing
Event marketing
Omnichannel marketing proficiency (email, content, social media, PPC)
Data analysis skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Significant experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot expertise a
significant plus)
Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences
