  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

We are looking for Certified Scrum Masters – Remote Roles in AZ

Duration: 11+ months with possibility of longer term extensions.

Pay rate: $70/hr - $72/hr on W2 – NO C2C

POSITION SUMMARY:

As an Agile expert and Certified Scrum Master, you will be responsible for enforcing the Agile principles as well as removing impediments and promoting empowerment through self-organizing teams.

Serve as Scrum Master for 3 - 4 Agile teams.

Coach teams on the basics of Scrum and/or Kanban and coach IT and Business Leadership on Agile principles to facilitate change.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint planning and sprint retrospectives.

Establish Agile backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity and task definitions.

Focus teams to deliver value quickly through iterations.

Coordinate across other Agile and traditional teams for complex projects.

Escalate and/or resolve impediments to help your team ship code on regular intervals.

Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.

Update Agile tracking systems to provide transparency on Product and Sprint Backlogs in order to measure & monitor against the team’s commitments.

Facilitate discussions and manage conflict resolution effectively.

REQUIRED:

Overall 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

Scrum Master Certification.

Experience with Scrum techniques and its associated artifacts, including User Stories, Backlog Refinement, Definition of Done, etc.

Proven successful experience in converting development teams to Agile processes.

Demonstration of knowledge of various agile techniques – Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.

Experience with Project Management tools.
