About The Role

We are seeking a full-time Analyst to join our Investor Success team, where you will play a critical role in executing fund operations, supporting investor relations, and assisting with Advisor and Client requests. By ensuring seamless fund administration, investor documentation, and capital transactions, you will help maintain operational excellence while strengthening investor engagement. This role offers a unique opportunity to build valuable relationships with investors and advisors, gaining hands-on experience in venture capital operations, fund structuring, and investor communications. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will contribute to BIP Capital's growth strategy by optimizing processes, enhancing investor experiences, and supporting capital formation initiatives. Your work will directly impact the firm's ability to provide top-tier investment solutions and create long-term value for investors and portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

The role requires a mix of interpersonal and analytical skills. As an Analyst, Investor Success, you will be engaged in New Investment Support, Investor Relations, and Fund Operations. Across these three functions, you will be expected to do the following (list not exhaustive):

New Investment Support

• Manage creation of funds and investment vehicles, working with registered partners to platform assets
• Work with alternative asset custodian(s) to approve new entities on their platform and facilitate capital calls
• Be the primary point of contact for receipt and review of new investor subscription packages, including providing support for advisor or investor inquiries
• Maintain internal information systems on investor status and monies raised/received
  
  
  

Investor Relations

• Partner with clients of BIP Capital, supporting them as they navigate subscription docs and other aspects of investing
• Assist with the quarterly reporting process
• Assist with various investor documentation, including transfers, custodian changes, demographic updates, etc
• Be the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and concerns
  
  
  

Operations

• Identify and implement new processes and procedures that enhance client experience
• General support of operational initiatives as requested, including preparation for Annual Meetings, investor-facings events, specific data integrity projects, and other internal project and procedural enhancements
  
  
  

Requirements

Education and Experience

• BS or BA required, preferably in finance, business, economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in an operations, client service, or investor relations role, ideally within financial services, venture capital, or alternative asset management
• Experience working with investors, advisors, or financial custodians is preferred

• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities, with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, working both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM or investor management systems is a plus

SUCCESS METRICS

• At 90 Days: Develop a strong understanding and proficiency in BIP Capital's investor platforms, fund structures, and internal workflows, demonstrating the ability to accurately process investor transactions and support investor communications
• At Six Months: Make data-informed recommendations to improve investor onboarding, reporting efficiency, and communication workflows, while independently handling routine investor inquiries with minimal guidance
• At One Year: Fully integrate into the Investor Success team, taking ownership of key investor relations and fund operations responsibilities, contributing to process improvements, investor engagement strategies, and long-term client servicing initiatives
