Our client, a top luxury apparel company, is looking for Change Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

End users training plan coordination

• Creation and maintenance of quarterly blueprint for all product capability releases (blueprint maps out our quarterly change management deliverables to end users)

• Ensure accurate timelines and release schedules are mapped and accommodate user needs / impact/ team capacity

• Develop comprehensive training strategies for all product capabilities using brand calendars

• Manage training schedules and invitation process to end users (creation, scheduling, updates)

• Attending training to capture users feedback and questions to inform future CM deliverables

• Maintain user lists by user groups in shared locations

User resources management

• Maintain and evolve business facing SharePoint sites to ensure support, onboarding and easy access

• Update chat content to ensure up to date info is available

• Manage elearning updates and ensure all up to date content is available in Workday (including assigning pre-requisite trainings to users)

Adoption tracking

• Monitor and analyze system usage reports to evaluate user adoption and experience (monthly)

• Collect and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement for business process, system and onboarding (based on trainings/ onboarding schedule)

• Launch periodic satisfaction surveys to institute universal satisfaction measure and method to track it over time

• Serve as the liaison between end users and the capability team, manage feedback tracker/quotes and partner with capability team to ensure user feedback is translated into actionable enhancements/ recommendations (hits, misses, follow ups)

Communications Management

• Develop and distribute engaging communications regarding all product capabilities

• Create and deliver impactful presentations for various audiences including leadership, stakeholders, drivers in collaboration with capability team

Requirements:

• Industry Experience: 2+ years of experience in the fashion, retail, luxury, or a related field.

• End users training plan coordination experience

• 4+ years’ experience coordinating large change management initiatives

• 4+ years in Change Management communication

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to navigate complexity, build relationships, and work effectively across all levels of an organization.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and PMO systems, Teams/ SharePoint; Mural and Adobe XD
