Sales Enablement Strategy Specialist
The Sales Enablement Strategy Specialist sits within the Marketing and Sales Enablement Team and works with the Head of Sales Enablement and relationship management teams to provide advice and support on new business opportunities, craft RFPs, support lead generation efforts, share business development best practices, and offer sales reporting to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Become an expert on our Clients Multi-Family Office and our approach to winning new business
- Partner with Multi-Family Office relationship teams on business development for large, complex new business opportunities
- Work with relationship teams to craft RFPs as opportunities arise and oversee response library with support from the broader Sales Enablement team
- Work with Sales Enablement and Marketing teams to craft compelling narratives and use creative thinking to help our client differentiate in competitive sales processes
- Advise on business development strategies including approach, positioning, differentiation, and any collateral/tools, including tear sheets, case studies, pitchbooks, etc.
- Create custom materials for new business opportunities showcasing our client’s points of differentiation, client service orientation, and comprehensive solutions to helping clients achieve their objectives
- Perform lead generation research for relationship teams on targeted prospective clients; work with relationship teams to devise outreach, follow-up, and capture strategies
- Share business development (BD) best practices across our client, from one-off insights to presentations on select topic areas that could benefit the broader BD teams
- Contribute to a monthly sales report that breaks down asset flows, pipeline, and other metrics, for senior leadership; contribute to KPI reports for the Sales Enablement teams’ activities
- Work on a variety of additional projects as applicable, including working with RM teams on select client deliverables, etc.
Qualifications:
- BA degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of work experience, with Asset/Wealth Management industry experience highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver insightful ideas
- Ability to develop and build strong relationships
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, as well as communicate with senior team members
- Self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects with deadlines simultaneously
- Attention to detail on all deliverables
- Strong proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office products – namely PowerPoint and Excel
This role is based in our New York City location and is a hybrid role, with three days per week in office.
