Enterprise Configuration Analyst III

Piper Companies is seeking an Enterprise Configuration Analyst III to join a healthcare company in California. This position is 100% remote (Pacific or Mountain Time Zone strongly preferred) , and a 12-month contract role with the possibility of extension. The Enterprise Configuration Analyst III will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of the Jiva Care Management System.

Responsibilities of the Enterprise Configuration Analyst III:

• Leverage the Clicbank tool to configure Jiva modules, workflows, assessments, correspondence/letters, rules and rulesets, and code table based on business requirements
• Implement best practices for Jiva configuration management, version control, and documentation
• Utilize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources to support Jiva configuration efforts
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Jiva configuration, SQL data mining, and testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with the MIS Department to assess and implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as needed.

Qualifications of the Enterprise Configuration Analyst III:

• Five (5) years of experience in Jiva configuration and customization, with proficiency in the Clicbank tool.
• Proficient SQL skills with experience in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps/TFS, Jira, Scrum)
• Familiarity with healthcare operations, medical terminology (such as ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS coding), and regulatory requirements with respect to Medicaid and Medicare guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Compensation for the Enterprise Configuration Analyst III :

• Annual Rate : $93,000-$124,000/year, depending on experience.
