Fulfillment Manager
Title: Fulfillment Manager (Full Time - 40 hours)
Location: Saint Louis
Reports to: Director of Operations
Travel: Occasionally

We are seeking a results-driven, highly motivated, and experienced Fulfillment Manager to lead our fulfillment operations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of Petite Keep by developing strategies to deliver best in class fulfillment to our customers by driving efficient operations and ensuring a consistent high-quality hand crafted product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, develop leaders internally, and drive long-term scalability—all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Timely and Accurate Fulfillment
- Identifying trends to ensure appropriate staffing measures are met to support a 48 hour shipping timeframe.
- Implementing systems to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- Supporting cross-functional teams by implementing systems for bulk orders, customized orders, and gifting
- Ownership of the "Trunks per Hour" Key Performance Indicator.
Operations & Logistics
- Ensure inventory counts are up to date across kits
- Maintain accurate stock levels
Drive Team Culture
- Champion our team culture, creating a fun and energetic place to work
- Work closely with the marketing team to provide behind the scenes content of creating Petite Keep's hand crafted products
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in leading teams in an operational environment.
- Proven track record of driving efficiency and implementing new systems.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to improve performance
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to galvanize warehouse team members
- Passion for Petite Keep's brand mission and target audience.
