  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Business Systems Analyst Location: Remote - Manager prefers someone who can work EST hours
The Opportunity:
The Business Systems Analyst will make recommendations on tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison between technology and business side stakeholders with the goal of helping deliver new and enhanced processes, products, and services on time and within budget.
Ideal Candidate:

  • Knowledge of credit card payment industry.
  • They will have the ability to work in an Agile team.
  • Be knowledgeable with Azure and Dev Ops
  • SQL knowledge is desirable (writing queries and understanding)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Excellent understanding of the Agile/Lean methodologies.
  • Additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years' writing complex SQL querying.
  • 5-8 years of business analysis experience required.
  • Experience in the financial and card payment industry required.
  • 1+ years' experience in modeling / mapping business processes.
  • 1+ years' experience planning, facilitate UAT for projects and enhancements.
  • Experience with Azure Development Ops (ADO) or JIRA is a plus.
  • General knowledge of the following: Oracle, Microsoft SQL, API's and .NET and/or MySQL, Java, and web-based applications. (not a hands-on coder)
  • Practical knowledge of debit/credit card processing, financial systems, mobile solutions, high-availability systems, and data safe-keeping practices.
  • The ability to perform detailed data mapping and data modeling, as well as create network topology diagrams, and process flow diagrams.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of API design.
