  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Day to day:

The Medical Billing & Collections Specialist will review patient accounts, taking 20-30 phone calls per day to resolve outstanding balances with patients. The consultant will analyze self pay billing statements and review bad debt, making a plan to limit bad debt and enable patients to pay off their outstanding balances. Excellent customer service and the ability to multi-task is required for success in this role.

Must Haves:

3+ years experience consulting patients on their outstanding medical bills

Experience analyzing collections statements and bad debt reviews
