Job Description

We are currently seeking a full time Cook.

Major Responsibilities Include

  • Prepare lunch and/or dinners
  • Prepare menu items on Roasting ovens, and Grills
  • Review menus prior to preparation of food
  • Assure that all food procedures are followed
  • Follow all sanitation guidelines
  • Become familiar with new menu items
  • Have Fun! It is apart of our Culture

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training( preferred, not required)
  • Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience (preferred )
  • Experience with quantity food preparation (preferred)
  • Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
  • Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements
  • Must have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate (Due 30 days after hire)
