About the Role We are seeking a strong experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead specializing in HR Service Delivery to architect, implement, and optimize HR solutions within the ServiceNow platform
Job Responsibilities Experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead specializing in HR Service Delivery to architect, implement, and optimize HR solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Deep understanding of HR processes and workflows Lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions Architect employee central portal, HR workflows, employee journeys, and case management solutions.
Provide technical oversight for HRSD platform configuration and customization.
Establish best practices for development, testing, and deployment Review and approve technical solutions and code changes.
Design scalable HRSD solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
Develop integration strategies with core HR systems and other platforms.
Create technical documentation and solution designs
Mandatory Skills Minimum 14+ years of work experience and atleast implemented minimum 2 HRSD projects
Required Education Bachelor s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Preferable HRSD Implementation certification
Required Experience Experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead specializing in HR Service Delivery to architect, implement, and optimize HR solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
