  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role:

We are seeking a strong experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead specializing in HR Service Delivery to architect, implement, and optimize HR solutions within the ServiceNow platform

Job Responsibilities:

  • Experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead specializing in HR Service Delivery to architect, implement, and optimize HR solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and workflows Lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions Architect employee central portal, HR workflows, employee journeys, and case management solutions.
  • Provide technical oversight for HRSD platform configuration and customization.
  • Establish best practices for development, testing, and deployment Review and approve technical solutions and code changes.
  • Design scalable HRSD solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Develop integration strategies with core HR systems and other platforms.
  • Create technical documentation and solution designs

Mandatory Skills:

  • Minimum 14+ years of work experience and atleast implemented minimum 2 HRSD projects
  • Experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead specializing in HR Service Delivery to architect, implement, and optimize HR solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and workflows Lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions Architect employee central portal, HR workflows, employee journeys, and case management solutions.
  • Strong knowledge in HR related integrations
