Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for field restaurant roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing and future restaurant openings
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and local outreach to attract top talent
- Assist with new restaurant opening recruitment strategies to ensure successful hiring ahead of launch dates
- Support employer branding initiatives to position our company as an employer of choice in the restaurant industry
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring regulations
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruiting strategies
- 1+ years of recruiting experience OR restaurant/food & beverage industry experience with a strong interest in talent acquisition
- Experience hiring for field roles (General Managers, Team Members, etc.) is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Self-starter with a passion for hospitality and connecting talent with great opportunities
