- High-level consulting, problem diagnosis, and solution development in support of business goals and objectives. Provides insights through deep understanding of business strategies and drivers that support business performance
- Contributes to and supports the delivery of the Company’s strategic business plan and HR plans, identifying areas of potential future focus for both the business and HR
- Leader confidant, able to coach team member leaders on complex and sensitive people challenges
- Strategizes and executes organizational design, ensuring business capabilities are established to drive Keystone’s strategy forward
- Executes core HR activities in the business, such as: talent acquisition, workforce planning, personnel costs, training plans, talent management, performance management, pay and incentive planning. Ensuring the timely execution of these activities is key
- Supports business and HR in the implementation and execution of short-term and long-term workforce plans and strategies and business transformation initiatives
- Identifies and leads change, intervention, and transformation efforts for the business, leveraging change management expertise for success
- Leads HR projects and initiatives
- Manage benefits administration, ensuring competitive, compliant, and cost-effective offerings for employees
- Manage and supervise payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely distribution
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION
- 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Experience in leading teams, directly and indirectly, and ability to deliver through others
- Change and transformation leader, able to shape and influence organizational culture
- Expert level of relationship and stakeholder management
- Business acumen (including financial drivers, labor costs and budgets) and the ability to apply this knowledge in strategic thinking and decision-making
- Expert level of problem-solving, leveraging analytics and business/industry insights. Able to identify root causes and identify win-win solutions
- Able to deliver / execute based on a variety of timelines, high-level ability to proactively know when to pivot and (re)prioritize as needed
- Flexibility and adaptiveness, in pressurized and non-pressurized situations
- Established ability to select top talent and create a productive environment that promotes initiative, innovation, continuous learning, and development of key leaders for future advancement
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and recognize when to apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies
- Negotiation skills
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred
- MBA or JD preferred
- Preferred experience managing a PEO for payroll and benefits administration
- Experience interpreting and managing Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Experience working in the facilities management business preferred
- Experience in an HR Center of Excellence
