We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and direct the human resources function for our organization. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. You will oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with market trends
  • Oversee employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
  • Develop and implement performance management systems that drive employee engagement and productivity
  • Identify training and development needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment
  • Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
